Make your manuscript ready for readers
We assess your editing needs and, within your agreed package scope, correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence clarity. More extensive chapter or story revisions are quoted separately.
Here are the words from the open book on our cover, presented clearly so every visitor can read them.
To nurture voices, craft meaningful stories, and share books that make a difference.
We'd love to have you in our nest.
Every manuscript begins with someone brave enough to put their ideas into words. At Wren Nest Publishing House, we believe that courage deserves to be met with care, expertise, and opportunity.
Our publishing house welcomes emerging and established writers across all genres. We help authors prepare their work for publication and explore the next steps in their literary journey—with personal attention and a respect for the voice behind every story.
Begin Your JourneyWhether this is your first manuscript or your fifth book, you deserve to know exactly what your publishing team will do.
We assess your editing needs and, within your agreed package scope, correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence clarity. More extensive chapter or story revisions are quoted separately.
We design your book cover and format the pages inside for the agreed print and digital editions, so your finished book is easy to read and professionally presented.
We explain publishing requirements, prepare the agreed files, and assist with submission to selected publishing platforms. You'll understand the steps before your book goes live.
Depending on your package, we help write your author biography, prepare coordinated graphics, set up or refresh your author profiles, and build an author website.
For qualifying packages, we prepare launch announcements, promotional graphics, and a defined outreach plan. We can also help coordinate a book signing or release event.
You'll have scheduled consultations and clear points of contact during the services included in your agreement. We explain the work, answer your questions, and keep you informed.
All genres welcome — fiction, nonfiction, memoir, poetry, romance, faith, history, children's literature, and beyond.
Three starting points, built for different publishing goals. Every author receives a written scope and quote before work begins.
For the writer who has finished a manuscript and wants to turn it into a professionally published book.
For the author who wants a published book and a professional presence that readers can find and follow.
Everything in The First Flight, plus:
For the author who wants more hands-on preparation and a coordinated introduction of their book to the public.
Everything in The Author's Journey, plus:
A 30,000-word manuscript and a 100,000-word manuscript do not require the same amount of editing. We consider word count, manuscript condition, the type of editing needed, and production requirements when preparing your quote. Proofreading, copyediting, and in-depth developmental editing are different services; major rewriting is never assumed to be included.
Send us your first 15–20 pages for initial consideration. We may request additional manuscript details before preparing a firm proposal. You'll receive a written description of deliverables, allowances, revision rounds, timelines, and costs before agreeing to proceed.
Package prices and scope are preliminary. Website renewal after the first year, paid advertisements, event venues, photography, printing, travel, and third-party fees are specified or quoted separately. Publicity and sales results are not guaranteed.
We keep the initial process straightforward so our team can focus on authors who are ready to explore professional publishing.
Introduce your project and send only the first 15–20 pages of your manuscript. Please do not send the full manuscript for initial consideration.
Our team considers the manuscript and the support you're seeking. We welcome submissions across all literary genres.
A publishing representative will contact you within 14 business days after a complete submission is received, to discuss whether Wren Nest may be a fit.
Tell us a little about your project. We'll prepare an email you can send with your first 15–20 manuscript pages attached.
